What a great blog - i reckon that far too often we are all in the thick of it all and forget that not everybody is running at the same pace. This is a really helpful base-liner. I frequently ask my wife and family to read my blurb to see if it is all tecnobabble or plain english which talks my customers' language. Nice one Sam!
